WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in at The Inn begins at 3:00PM and check-out is before 11:00AM.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE?
Yes, a light breakfast is included in the room rate. Guests may opt to have it delivered to their rooms or served in The Restaurant.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made at least fifteen days prior to your arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $35.00 non-refundable administration fee. Within fourteen days prior to your arrival, your reservation is considered confirmed and non-refundable.
WHAT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
The total cost of the first night is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF YOUR GUEST ROOMS?
All guest rooms are double occupancy. Children under the age of four may accompany their parents in a double occupancy room. If you are traveling with your friends and family, check out The Farmhouse which can accommodate up to twelve people.
DO YOU HAVE AN ELEVATOR OR BELL SERVICE?
We do not have elevators in the main building. We would be more than happy to assist you with your bags to your room.
IS THERE WI-FI AT BLUE ROCK & THE FARMHOUSE?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests.

The Restaurant & Tasting Room
IS THERE A CORKAGE FEE?
We invite you to bring wine from home. The corkage fee will be $40 per bottle.
HOW DO THE DIFFERENT DINING OPTIONS WORK?
The Restaurant is our more formal dining option that features a four-course prix fixe menu for $119 per person with an option to add on wine pairings for $79 per person. The Restaurant is open for dinner only, Thursday through Sunday, 5pm to 9pm. The Foothills Menu is our second dining option featuring more casual fare and can be enjoyed anywhere throughout the grounds Thursday through Sunday. (days and hours are subject to change)
DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS OR IS SEATING BY WALK-IN?
The Restaurant is by reservation only. These become available on a 60 day rolling basis. The Tasting Room is walk-in only, please join us at your convenience.
WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION POLICY?
Reservations are required for dinner at The Restaurant with a $25 non-refundable deposit that will be attributed to your final bill. On occasion, a special menu will be featured at The Restaurant that requires a ticket or larger non-refundable deposit. If you cannot make your reservation, you are welcome to transfer it to another guest. All reservations can be made by visiting our reservations page or by calling us at 540-987-3388.
HOW DOES THE KITCHEN HANDLE ALLERGIES?
We are happy to accommodate any allergy or food intolerance. When making a restaurant reservation please be sure to note these on Tock. If you are joining us in the Tasting Room, please let your server know when ordering.
ARE KIDS WELCOME TO DINE AT BLUE ROCK?
Your children are welcome at Blue Rock. We have high chairs and lawn games at your disposal, however, we do not have a children's menu for either dining option. Please note, The Restaurant menu is priced per person, we do not make accommodations for children.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Our dress code is smart casual.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE PARTIES?
The Restaurant currently only accepts reservations for up 6 guests. We can accommodate larger parties in the Tasting Room space permitting. If you are interested in hosting a dinner for a larger party in our Private Dining Room, we invite you to reach out to our events team at events@bluerockva.com or by visiting our events page page and filling out a request form.

WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?
Per Virginia law smoking is not permitted indoors. Please limit your smoking to designated areas.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE RESTAURANT OR TASTING ROOM?
Well-behaved and leashed pets are welcome on the grounds. No animals are permitted inside the building. If you are staying are with us and you'd like to have your furry friend close by, we recommend reaching out our neighbors, Rose Hill Veterinarian, for boarding. They can be reached at (540) 987-9300 for more information.
The Farmhouse

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE?
No, breakfast is not included with The Farmhouse.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made at least thirty days prior to your arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $100.00 non-refundable administration fee. Within thirty days prior to your arrival, your reservation is considered confirmed and non-refundable.
WHAT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
The 50% of the total cost of your stay is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY?
The maximum occupancy for The Farmhouse is 12 guests. No parties or events are allowed.
WHERE DO YOU CHECK-IN FOR THE FARMHOUSE?
Stop by the main building (12567 Lee Hwy) to pick up keys and driving instructions to The Farmhouse.
IS THERE WI-FI AT THE FARMHOUSE?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests. There is no cable TV at The Farmhouse.
