WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in begins at 3:00PM and check-out is before 11:00AM.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made at least fifteen days prior to your arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $35.00 non-refundable administration fee. Within fourteen days prior to your arrival, your reservation is considered confirmed and non-refundable.
WHAT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
The total cost of the first night is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS ON PROPERTY?
Pets are not allowed in our Inn Rooms. If you are coming for a day visit, we allowed leashed and well-behaved pets on the lawn.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF YOUR GUEST ROOMS?
All guest rooms are double occupancy. Children under the age of four may accompany their parents in a double occupancy room. If you are traveling with your friends and family, check out The Farmhouse which can accommodate up to twelve people.
DO YOU HAVE AN ELEVATOR OR BELL SERVICE?
We do not have elevators in the main building. We would be more than happy to assist you with your bags to your room.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY?
Smoking is prohibited inside and only allowed in designated areas on the property.
IS THERE WI-FI AT BLUE ROCK & THE FARMHOUSE?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests.
