The Restaurant at Blue Rock features a masterfully-crafted four course dining experience showcasing contemporary dishes in an ever-changing menu. Dinner is served in an intimate room with a stone fireplace set against a mountain sunset backdrop overlooking the Koi pond and vineyard. Seasonal outdoor seating is available on the Veranda. Guests can select from an extensive list of wines curated by Executive Chef Bin Lu.
