What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in at The Inn begins at 3:00PM and check-out is before 11:00AM.
Is Breakfast Included in The Room Rate?
Yes, a light breakfast of yogurt, granola, coffee cake, fruit, fresh squeezed juice, and coffee is included in the room rate. Guests may opt to have it delivered to their room or served in The Restaurant. Please note, while The Restaurant & The Tasting Room are closed on Wednesdays, breakfast is still available to our overnight guests on Thursday morning.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations made at least fifteen days prior to your arrival will result in a refund of the deposit less a $35 non-refundable administration fee. Within fourteen days prior to your arrival, your reservation is considered confirmation and non-refundable.
What Is Due at The Time of Booking?
The total cost of the first night is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
What Is the Maximum Occupancy of Your Guest Rooms?
All guest rooms are double occupancy. Children under the age of for may accompany their parents in a double occupancy room. If you are traveling with your friends or family, check out The Farmhouse which can accommodate up to twelve people.
Are Pets Allowed in The Inn?
We do not allow pets in The Inn. If you are staying are with us and you'd like to have your furry friend close by, we recommend reaching out our neighbors, Rose Hill Veterinarian, for boarding options. They can be reached at 540-987-9300 for more information.
Do You Have an Elevator or Bell Service?
We do not have elevators in the main building. We would be more than happy to assist your with your bags to your room.
Is There Wi-Fi at the Inn?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations made at least thirty days prior to your arrival will result in a refund of the deposit less a $100 non-refundable administration fee. Within thirty days prior to your arrival, your reservation is considered confirmation and non-refundable.

50% of the total cost of your stay is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
What Is the Maximum Occupancy?
The maximum occupancy for The Farmhouse is 12 guests. Parties or events require advance approval.
Are Pets Allowed in The Farmhouse?

Where Do You Check-In For The Farmhouse?
Stop by the Front Desk of Blue Rock [12567 Lee Highway] to pick up keys and driving instructions to The Farmhouse.
Is Breakfast Included with The Farmhouse?
No, breakfast is not included with The Farmhouse. You have the option to pick up our light breakfast from the Inn with advanced notice. Orders must be received by 6pm the day before and this will be charged at $25 per person.
Is There Wi-Fi at The Farmhouse?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests. While there is no cable television at The Farmhouse, the Smart TVs can be set up with your favorite streaming services.

What Menu Is Served in The Restaurant?
The Restaurant is open for dinner only, Thursday - Sunday evenings. It is our more formal dining option that features a four-course prix fixe menu for $119 per person with an option to add on wine pairings for $79 per person. The menu changes ever so slightly week to week to showcase the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Click here to view our current menu.
Do You Take Reservations?
The Restaurant requires advance reservations. These become available on a 60 day rolling basis. You can make a reservation online via Tock or by calling us at 540-987-3388.
What Is Your Reservation Policy?
Reservations are required for dinner at The Restaurant. We take a $25 deposit that will be attributed to your final bill. Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a refund of their deposit if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours from the reservation time. Cancellations or no shows within 72 hours will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
On occasion, a special menu will be featured at The Restaurant that requires a ticket or larger deposit. If you cannot make your reservation, you are welcome to transfer it to another guest.
How Does the Kitchen Handle Allergies?
We are happy to accommodate any allergy or food intolerance. When making a restaurant reservation, please be sure to alert us.
Is There a Corkage Fee?
We invite you to bring wine from home. The corkage fee will be $40 per bottle.
Do You Have Outdoor Seating?
Weather permitting, a few outdoor tables are reserved for our guests of The Restaurant. If you are interested in outdoor seating, please note this when making your reservation.
Are Kids Welcome to Dine at Blue Rock?
Your children are welcome at Blue Rock. We have high chairs and lawn games at your disposal; however, we do not have a children's menu. Please note, our Four Course Menu is priced per person and we do not make accommodations for children.
What Is the Dress Code?
Our dress code is smart casual.
Can You Accommodate Large Parties?
The Restaurant currently accepts reservations for up 6 guests. If you are interested in hosting a dinner for a larger party in our Private Dining Room, we invite you to reach out to our events team at events@bluerockva.com or filling out an event request form.
Do You Make Your Own Wine?
We have a vineyard planted with Chardonnay and Petit Manseng. We hope to have our first vintage in a couple years! While we wait for grapes to grow, you can enjoy wine and spirit flights, cocktails, beer and a full bar.
Is Food Available in The Tasting Room?
The Tasting Room features the Foothills menu with more casual fare that can be enjoyed anywhere throughout the grounds. Click here to view the Foothills menu.
Do You Take Reservations?
Seating in The Tasting Room is on a first come, first-served. If you are planning to bring a group of 6 or more, please call ahead so we may prepare a table.
Is There Outdoor Seating Available?
Yes! We have plenty of outdoor seating options including lawn pods, an outdoor lounge area, and tables for dining.
Are Pets Allowed in The Tasting Room?
Well-behaved and leashed pets are welcome on the grounds. No animals are permitted inside the building.
Do You Have Live Music?
Beginning in April and ending in October, we have live music every Friday night from 6pm - 8:30pm (weather permitting).
