The Restaurant features a masterly-crafted five course dining experience served in an intimate dining room with breathtaking views of our koi pond, vineyards, and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Outdoor seating is also available on the Veranda. 

With Michelin experience, including time as the Head Chef at Two-Michelin starred Pineapple and Pearls in DC, Chef Bin Lu brings in a perspective on cuisine and ingredients that spans both coasts along with time abroad. The cooking threads the needle between seasonality and timelessness, and provides unique flavors along with familiar and playful themes. Incorporating the best of local foods and the finest exotic ingredients, the constantly changing menu provides a dining experience distinctive to Rappahannock County.

To pair with the meal, guests can enjoy an extensive list of wines handpicked by Executive Chef Bin Lu. Certified at Level 3 with the Global Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), he is currently pursuing his Diploma in the hopes of eventually working towards the presitigous Master of Wine qualification.
